[S.A.M.V. p4: - ...fear...]

Fantastic.

It's great to see that a fifth addition to this series is coming out. I'm glad the author is taking his time. Watching this the first time not only introduced me to this original (and very well made) series, but inspired me not to give up my own crappy attempts at cartooning.

The facial animation in this is almost unmatched on Newgrounds. It's long enough to entertain you thoroughly. And except for a grand Monkey Island referance, is one of the most original cartoons I've ever seen on Newgrounds.

I can't wait for part five. Don't rush it, take all the time you need!

Indeed, my whole right arm is sore from furiously animating (yes, ANIMATING you sick monkeys!)part 5. It's going to be a three parter, with the first of the three parts to be released here in a couple of weeks. Unfortunatley, even with being highly optimized and compressed it is close to 6 megs! Hopefully people will forgive me when they watch it... Thanks again for the awesome review!

P.S.- I just got done watching a few of your toons. The Fogmarl series is brilliant!

Not too bad for a first try...

If it were just a bit faster, and didn't have so many subliminal images, and didn't state upfront that it was not an attempt to imitate the works of Mr. David Firth, it could have been great.

I feel ya... It wasn't stated up front that it was imitation though, sir... I just knew that I would get a bunch of assholes saying "You rip off David Firth!! Blah blah!!" If I hadn't said something like that... Turns out I did anyway though... But I mean, not as many as I would've gotten if i hadn't?

Sorry friend, but I don't think so. Not entertaining. You could have built an entire cartoon around this small joke, but instead you gave it it's own cartoon. Also, you do not credit your music selection. Did you acquire this legally, or did you just rip it from someone?

Uhum. I could've made another cartoon and should've just inserted that as a joke in the middle, but i don't have the skills nor patience to do that wich is amainly sad....

Anyways, the song I literally Stole out of "The Bouncing Souls"(A band), that meaning, not legal.
The song is called "Instrumental". I should've at least credited it though... Thanks for pointing that out.

And thanks for the review, it always helps, really really thanks.

By the way, the critic I made to your cartoon, doesn't literally mean that all my animations are better than yours, I actually didn't even see your other anims. But i still think your anim doesn't deserve the front page, and maybe I could do better than yourself, but let us not fight for having different opinions. =)

Not bad at all for your first attempt..

You're on the right track.. The drawings and animation were alright, although lacking detail and a little hard to see, being that they were so tiny. It seemed to drag a bit, though.. And I don't understand the signifigance of "Chewy". You mention him both in the short and in your description, yet he plays quite an insignificant role.

thanks for the review. chewy will be making a cameo style appearance in each movie. sorta like my trademark...kinda...thing... anyway, i think ill end up making him the kids pet and he will begin to play more significant roles in later movies. but right now its just an idea. well have to see how the the stories play out...

Dude, I'm pretty sure no one cares. What's up with all this love and sadness? I don't want to see that.. I really don't care. Why is it that this gets a 3+ score? I don't get it... It's not a cartoon, it's just a drawing of a guy sitting in a chair "confessing" that he lied about getting some job. Oh, did I mention that I didn't care?

[Sonic Hedgehog Nutshell]

I can tell it took some time to make..

But it really wasn't funny. Also, it claims to be Sonic in a nutshell, yet there is several minutes of needless ranting about blue paint and other stupid crap that had me clawing my ears off. Try harder.

Hmm.

Sort of ironic that you think sticks fare better than clocks. I think your next flash should perhaps consist of a human-like character putting together his computer, and then blamming stick cartoons, because I am sick of them.
